How to Submit a Notice
DMCA notices should be sent to our designated copyright agent. Please use the contact information provided on our Contact page and clearly mark your communication as a "DMCA Takedown Request" in the subject line.
Please note that under the DMCA, you may be held liable for damages, including costs and legal fees, if you materially misrepresent that content on our website is infringing your copyright.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
Repeat Infringers
TechnoCrest maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts or access rights of repeat infringers. We take copyright infringement seriously and will take appropriate action to address violations of intellectual property rights.
